Bahamas Sunshade Completed

The Cocoon Team just completed the installation of a 68’ x 70’ US Coast Guard Sunshade at the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC), Andros Island, Bahamas. The sunshade is designed for a 187 mph 3-second gust wind load and includes a customized full electrical package.  The sunshade will be utilized to maintain USCG Seahawk helicopters.

The Cocoon crew performing the on-site installation included Jody Van Coppenolle, Dave Minasian, and Cody Millette.  Additionally, the project install was supported at Cocoon HQ by Sean Morton and Ross Carlino.

Special thanks to the ADS Federal Team for helping to pull all this together!

The site crew was able to make some friends with the local island support and get some fishing in last Sunday on their day off.
